We've talked about natural healing and chronic illness before. What about injuries? Outside of natural healing, I practice general fitness, including martial arts. A few months ago I strained tendons in the wrist and palm of one hand while doing pull-ups. So I did the usual thing - I rested it for a few weeks, then restarted, only to re-injure it. This went on for months, anyone who's athletic will know the cycle. Finally I accepted I had to actually do something about it, and I started using a herbal cream. There's a bunch of stuff in it, the main one being comfrey, the folk-name for which is knit-bone. I was expecting a cure in say a month or two. Before I started using it, I couldn't even make a tight fist with the injured hand. I can't emphasize enough how much this surprised me, but . . .
